THE [MAMA] SWING 3 WAYS: ALICIA HUNT

bus·y /ˈbizē/: having a great deal to do.

Work, PTO, soccer, gymnastics, MOPS, dating my husband, maintaining a semi-decent social life, and attempting to relax is a lot to fit into a 24 hour day but it has to be done. And if it can be done in style that’s an added bonus!

In this post I’m going to show you how this poppy MAMA swing dress can take you from 9-5, to after work activities, and to finally kicking your feet up after a long day.

Tights // Booties

I have worked in the finance industry for almost 12 years, and sometimes finding the right “something” to wear for when you’re running around the office (that’s also stylish and comfortable) is a hard task. Maybe even harder than forcing yourself out of your comfy bed and getting ready for the day! However, opaque tights and a nice pair of booties make the MAMA swing the perfect pick for this brisk Ohio fall day!

Sunglasses // Jacket // Socks // Boots

After a long day in the office, the real work begins! We usually have an activity that requires either myself, my husband, or both of us to take the kids and be somewhere besides home! Monday- soccer, Tuesday- PTO, Wednesday- soccer, Thursday- MOPS/gymnastics, Friday- date night, Saturday & Sunday- soccer, and repeat! So having my denim jacket and Hunters along for the ride is a must! Still cute and comfy, and ready to make those memories with my little people!

Cardigan // Slippers

However, when it’s all said and done, my favorite part of the day is retreating to the little corner of our bedroom (until the kids realize where I am) and giving a big sigh of relief because we survived! And because I am a lover of being cozy, throwing a cardigan on over the MAMA swing and sliding into my slippers is the icing on the cake after a super busy day!

I really hope you’re able to snag a few pieces from J&J’s MAMA line, especially this swing, when they release! I promise you won’t be disappointed!
xoxo
